Jeff Spoerndle

Jeff Spoerndle, Chief Operating Officer of BEST Crowd Management, has over 30 years of leadership in crowd management and event security. He launched BEST's event services operation in 2009 with one stadium in Minneapolis, growing it into a national operation serving 150+ stadiums, arenas, and convention centers, with 35+ branches and 20,000+ employees.

Spoerndle has overseen security for major events including the Super Bowl, NFL Championships, World Series, NCAA Final Four, political conventions, NBA All-Star Weekend, and the U.S. Open. He is recognized for designing security and guest service programs for venues of all sizes and has contributed to the NFL Security Best Practices Program for over 23 years. He is an active member of the Stadium Managers Association, NCS4, and IAVM.
