Caity Peak
Caity Peak's career has been dedicated to a singular purpose: translating cutting-edge technology into functional, on-the-ground capabilities. Drawing from a degree in homeland security and an extensive background in communications and emergency management, she has cultivated an expertise in applying innovative solutions across public safety and other critical sectors. This is best exemplified by her direct role in the successful creation of the Elk Grove Police Department's Real-Time Information Center.
In addition to serving as the Coordinator of the Department Operations Center during the COVID-19 crisis and civil unrest events, Caity field-deployed as a coordinator of mutual aid operations for the Tubbs & Atlas Fires (2017), Oroville Dam Crisis (2017), and Camp Fire (2018). Caity uses her experience to bridge the gap between technology and public safety through thought leadership, agency advocacy, and development of best practices nationwide.
In her current role as Flock Safety's Collaborative Policing Strategist, she continues to advocate for creative and collaborative applications to complex public safety issues.
