Nick Crane is a purpose-driven security leader who blends law enforcement experience with corporate crisis management expertise on the global stage. As Deputy Watch Commander at Walmart’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), he helps lead critical risk identification, response coordination, and executive communication during high-stakes events affecting operations worldwide.

From serving in law enforcement and competing on the semi-pro football field to helping steer one of the largest corporate security operations in the world, Nick’s path reflects a “team captain” mindset—grounded in trust, service, and leading with purpose. He is passionate about building culture, energizing teams, and helping organizations look beyond immediate threats to drive long-term resilience.

Nick serves on the board of directors for InfraGard Arkansas Members Alliance and contributes to the ASIS Crisis Management & Business Continuity Steering Committee and the Law Enforcement Liaison Steering Committee. In these roles, he champions public-private collaboration, helps shape the future of corporate crisis management, and supports career development for professionals transitioning from law enforcement into private-sector leadership.
