Justin Jackson, PSP

Justin Jackson is a dedicated security professional based in Atlanta. He currently serves as the Security Manager at Visa's new Atlanta office and other locations in the eastern United States. Justin's strong foundation in law enforcement has been instrumental in his security career. He served as a Detective in the Major Crimes Section of the Atlanta Police Department, where he handled the city’s non-fatal shootings, gaining invaluable experience in crisis management, investigation, and community engagement.

A graduate of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, Justin further expanded his expertise by completing a Cybersecurity Certificate with the University of Texas at Austin and obtaining his Security+ (Sec+) certification from CompTIA.

An influencer in his field, Justin has shared his insights on various platforms, including podcasts, webinars, and as a past speaker at the Global Security Exchange (GSX) conference in 2023 and 2024. He is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex security issues and advocates for a situational awareness mindset in securing an ever-changing world.

Within ASIS International, Justin serves as Chair of the Law Enforcement Liaison Community and is an active member of the NextGen Steering Committee, demonstrating his commitment to shaping the future of security practices.
