Ally Happel

Ally Happel is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GardaWorld Security - U.S., where she leads her team in spearheading organic growth initiatives and business development endeavors. Ally leads the business development team coast to coast, focused on delivering security solutions for customer success tailored to each individual client’s business needs. Prior to her tenure at GardaWorld Security, she held a series of pivotal roles in sales, business development, and marketing. She is an active member of ASIS where she currently serves as Assistant Regional Vice President for Region 5A. She also focuses on cultivating public private partnerships throughout the community, serving on the executive board of the Global SHIELD Foundation, a 501c3 benefiting the Global SHIELD Network. Ally holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and Community Organization from Washington College.
