After this session, participants will be able to:

Understand how to use areas of the school environment in a manner that reduces fear and aggression and promotes feelings of well-being for students, staff, and visitors.

Expand their knowledge of how to maximize the presence of adult leadership on campus while minimizing opportunities for out-of-sight activities.

Enhance their ability to manage access to all areas of the school campus.
