After this session, participants will be able to:

Achieve a better understanding of how historical acts of violence in our workplaces should be shaping the way we educate, train, and equip personnel to provide the safest environment possible for all personnel and associates.

Learn how certain plans and strategies have failed, or been successful, in effecting the outcome of active violence events during past attacks.

Learn more about effective mitigation techniques prior to an attack, during the attack, and after the attack as well as effective ways to guide all personnel toward a shift in mindset that leaves them empowered, not traumatized.
