A Path to Transition - Recognize the importance of self-assessment in identifying transferable skills; understand how transition coaching, mentorship, and networking can align career aspirations with industry demands; and develop strategies for targeting roles that align with their personal values and long-term goals.

A Path to Certification - Understand the value of professional certifications in the security field, including which certifications are most respected and aligned with specific roles; prioritize certifications based on career objectives and industry trends; and apply practical steps for pursuing certifications, including preparation and resource identification.

Maximizing Marketability - Grasp the importance of personal branding and alignment of social media presence with professional aspirations; tailor resumes to civilian roles, emphasizing measurable accomplishments and aligning them with job requirements; and develop a plan to enhance interview skills through research, preparation, and practical exercises.
